That "buffer" county is suspect in my eyes.....they're coming for your county next. That's the beauty of the area I live in.....it's all ag ground....and it's too expensive right now to develop even if someone wanted to. Still, if it happens, I will sell out and head further South. I'm not living among morons and idiots. In fact, I don't want to live around anybody.
