Impressive to be sure. There can't be 3 players in the NHL slower than him. He's clearly in the bottom 5% in terms of "skill players". Yet he's an asset to a team like TB because he simply grinds and makes room for Kucherov, Stamkos, Point, Hedman, et. al. Good to see a hard working guy like him get the chance to do what he's done.
He has to wake up every morning and pinch himself. Not that he doesn't deserve or hasn't earned everything he's accomplished but... To end up on rosters like the Blues and Lightening has to include a little bit of luck.
