Resident fees are so reasonable that they are not necessary.
We pay for it each and every day. Why should a person who rides a horse, or trains a dog, or rides a bike, or picks mushrooms on a CA not have to pay, but I do in order to kill a few doves or catch a few fish? That's bullchit.
I demand that CA's only be open to hunters if we have to pay more.
Don't push me on this.....I'll block a forking highway!!!
