My bad. RIBS don't get cooked in an hour at 325 degrees with some forked up sissy spices. The debate is still out, but a great slab of ribs doesn't get ruined in sauce either. Only in Canada does a BTL land as garnish for a fancy named bloody mary. I'll have me a BLT Caesar later.......only my BLT will be on a plate with bread and a bloody mary in a glass beside it.
