One day last summer I was getting ready to grill some chuck eyes for dinner when I discovered that I was out of charcoal. I didn't feel like making a trip to the store so filled a chimney up with pecan lumps and burnt them down to coals and grilled my steaks over them. By far one of the best tasting steaks I've ever eaten.
