Neighbor's leaser shot a 23 pt. atypical year before last. He got it opening morning, the first time they hunted the woods. It was the largest antlered deer killed in MO that year. Several of the locals had seen the big one on their deer cams. There are pockets of good genes for big antlered deer around. Our place is north of Glasgow where a couple rivers converge making it a natural funnel for the area. Obviously I don't hunt 'em myself anymore... Post Extras
