Got a wild turkey breast (2 halves) that thawed out when the damn GFI on my freezer popped. I caught it before it was completely thawed, but no need to taken chances with it. Usually I will cut into strips, tenderize, season, bread and fry them up. Family usually eats that really good, but can't see frying a whole turkey breast.
I have wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven before and it was alright. I thought about trying to gril it, but never have tried this.
Anyone have any suggestions so I can get this used up and feed the family (hopefully something the 4 year old will eat).

Cut it into steaks. coat with seasoned butter, or olive oil, and grill over a hot charcoal fire......really hard to beat.

Did part of it last night. Ended up cutting into chunks, pounded it out with tenderizer, milk/egg/s&p and fry coating. I did try something different that I had not tried before. I kicked it up on part of them. Added some of the new Tabassco Buffalo sauce to the meat before coating with the fry coating and it was awesome (kind of like the sauce-less hot wings from KFC). Need to put more on next time as it was a little mild.....was just afraid go overboard with it the first try.
Thanks for the advice guys. I really want to try to grill it (we buy these turkey mignon things from Sam's Club and they are good). Might try Sirus's idea, but probably wrap it in bacon......bacon makes everything better.
Thanks Guys!!!!
