God, I thought you would have given up by now. One more time dog....From the page of your last post, everyone with credibility is a tower. I stated back at the first post that if your towing, a diesel is the way to go. If your just a daily driver, gas is far cheaper period. Most of the last post state 17 to 19 mpg....the same as a gas vehicle. I own both, so I know the maintenance cost. Lets even make it more simple for you to understand. If the diesels were the way to go, why is there so many gas trucks and cars out there? Is everyone a stupidvisor? Like I said before, I like my diesel it tows my boats great. Other than that it sits in the driveway. I think it's cool that we've covered so many topics on this thread, but it's time to end it dude. If I haven't made my point then your too dumb to continue talking to. I thought it was funny at first, but now I feel bad for picking on you. Sort of like kicking a retard in the nuts. B.

The problem with your math 2grit is that most gas trucks don't get 17-19 on average and 20+ on the highway...unless they are driving a gutless 6 banger.......that's a perfect "daily driver" Hell go look at the stickers on most pickups and they got 12 City 15 Hwy.

That was kind of my point before I got to preachin? to the choir on better ways to save money. Buy what you want and fits your needs, for the average dude, a few MPG doesn?t really make a whole hell of a lot of difference in the grand scheme of things. At our house, our gas expenditures pre and post Katrina have not really changed, despite the 60 some odd % increase in fuel costs at the pump, because we changed our driving habits (a better way to save money than buying new chit ).

Dude...WTF ya think these guys are doing with this 23 mpg bull on their rigs. I could just see waterpup putting around at 40 mph this morning, praying to see a 20 mpg pop up on his fuel calculator. Truthfully, I just want to see this hit 14 pages. B

So how does 14 City average and 18 Hwy average for gas on the EPA standards compare with 17 City and 20 Hwy for real driving on a diesel. Ya still get more MPG out of the diesel plus ya got the pullin power when ya need it. Diesel engines are good for 200,000+ easy. A gas motor with that kind of milage is like the local 45 year old $10 crack whore.
I got beer and whiskey to drink. I could give a fuk less if my truck got 9 miles a gallon. I drive a diesel for the pullin power. Yall have a good weekend....except 2Greebs. I started my 6 day weekend yesterday, and it didn't cost me a single vacation or sick day. I really hate that.........no really I do.
