One in four parents will do this to their child. What is it?

Nothing wrong with that, if you have to pay someone for yardwork or for delivering a pizza and find you're short of cash. I've done it.
I assume the parents pay it back a.s.a.p. - I can't imagine that they wouldn't, and borrowing's not stealing. I went for years with my kids having more ready cash than me, because I was paying for everything that supported them.
Sounds like a non-story to me.

I've borrowed from my kid before, but it waa a specific amount that I paid back right away.
Funny part is, it was to buy something for him!

Just the facts from a parental survey. That's the way it was written.

Who said this about J. Edgar Hoover?

I dunno who said it, but I like the sentiment and agree with it.
Did someone say that about Hoover, or did he say it about someone?
I've always suspected that stuff about J. Edgar secretly prancing around in high heels might be b.s. The Left hated everything Hoover stood for, and it may be they started all that to discredit him after he was gone. I'd like to think so, anyway.

Ozark is correct, Lyndon B. Johnson said that about Hoover....They didn't like him then either....

I'm still caught on "one out of four parents admit to this"...do so many kids now have four parents???...and would the other three parents admit to stealing from their kid's piggy bank if they hadn't already been beaten to it by the one found guilty???
inquiry minds want to know...

FLAMED!!! By a deer hunter!
The correct answer is animal crackers were originally made to decorate Christmas trees!
All those Humbugs are in Oregon.

This company has a 'flavour graveyard' behind it's plant. In it are the graves of 56 dead flavours.
What company is it?
