Then the judge asked to see the "offending member" and after Duko showed him, he immediately released Duko due to insufficient evidence.

The insufficient evidence was due to the fact they couldn't find a tape measure long enough to measure it with. You see, there was confusion from the start, as they were initially looking for a suspect in the age range of 1 to 3 weeks, due to the suspect being identified as 12's long and 13 ounces. However, upon realization that it was in reference to my man hood, the female judge quickly called for a 3 hour chamber meeting, at which I proved to her "if it doesn't fit, you must acquit"!
