I'm getting a kick out of all the pundits claiming that it's over if the Blubs go down 2-0 in the series. That's just a crock of horsechit. 50-11 teams have come back from 2-0 in a best of 7 series....it used to be pretty standard when home ice meant something.
I don't think they can go down 3-1 and they certainly don't want to find themselves down 3-0.....but 2-0 is not that big of a hill when the next 3 of 5 are at home.
Still.....the Blubs need to at least make a statement tonight that they don't suck as bad as they looked Sunday. Not going to be easy.....they are playing a team that plays their exact same game.....only better.
I watched game 1 again last night.....and I am gonna watch close tonight....but I think they found a chink in Binnington's armor too, which is why he never got/looked comfortable. (I will "laststandicate" after tonight's game if I see more of it) Wouldn't be unheard of since they know him well after he spent a year in their organization.

They definitely have a better chance tonight as I won't be watching as I will be fishing in my Wednesday night bass tourney on a local lake. Think bowling league - about the same amount of beer gets consumed..

Thomas is out......because the Blubs are not feared in any way by the Bruins....who will continue to pound them. The shoe is on the other foot fellas......lets see that "character" shine through!!! Oh........wait. 
I will HAPPILY change my tune if someone runs Krug into the ice!!! This has always been where this Blues team has fallen off the page in my book.....let's see if they are truly a different team.

Here is all I know........
I am old enough that I actually remember watching the Blues on a black and white TV as they lost to Montreal and then to Boston in the cup finals from 68-70.....4-0 in each series.
I KNOW firsthand that this is the first cup final game they have ever won.
I know the energy Saturday at Enterprise center will be off the charts.
I am old school hockey.....the Blues own home ice advantage now....and that may not mean chit anymore.....but the doubt now belongs to Boston.....and that's HUGE.
FORKING GO BLUES!!!!! I hate fully 13/29th of you....but win the damn cup!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And before anybody starts LastStandtificating (because NOBODY thought the Blues would be here, no matter what they say...and anybody who says different is a douchebag).....at this point it's all about momentum. Right now the Blubs have it. Everything else is total bullchit. Both teams got here.
Let's see if they can keep it.....they have the ability, but they've never done it before.
Boston has.....9 of them to be exact. (1 Blue has and he's useless in this series)
I'm hopeful......but we'll see.

I’m still lost at the whole damn bass tournament deal. Who knew. And during the Stanley Cuo Playoffs, she it’s been a century since the Blouse have been in it. Fork a bass.
God created bass so everyone could catch a fish. He then created walleye to separate the men from boys.
Fork Krug. Fork the Entire Boston team. Although Krug did lay out Thomas and it was a smasher. Dunn and Thomas need to be on the ice for game 3 That could change a lot for the Blouse if they both skate

I doubt we will see Dunn. I was told last night that his jaw was displaced 1/4 inch from the puck that hit him and he has had surgery. I would put my source for that at about 90%....his wife works for the Blues. But you never know what's true and what isn't about injuries during the playoffs.

I have also been told that Perron is "doubtful" for game 3. Heard this from my wife. Her hairdresser, who also does Perron's nails, told her that.....so only maybe about 70% reliable.

Different casino. The guy I know got a dog from the same litter, with a different sire, owned by a lady who was married to the Dallas Stars head custodial guy, who married the girl who married the guy, that bought the other Chessie
