HERE'S SOME BREAKING NEWS
A driver was stuck in a huge traffic jam this morning outside Washington D.C. Nothing was moving.
Then he saw some men approaching each vehicle.
When one arrived at his car, he rolled down the window, and asked “What’s up?”
“Terrorists have kidnapped Congress, and they are asking for a $100 million ransom.
Otherwise, they say they will dowse them with gasoline and set them on fire. We are going car-to-car asking for donations.”
“You can count me in,” the driver replied. How much is everyone giving, on average?”
The volunteer replied, “Roughly a gallon"
