First up is one that really gets my attention, Dawn Creten/Scarlett Bandit;
The Air Force has an A-10 truck that they use for display, and this is my first time seeing it in person;
They compete with Air Force AfterBurner;
Avenger;
Black Stallion;
Bounty Hunter/Jim Creten, who is Mr. Scarlett Bandit, and he won the racing portion of the event;
Brutus, teammate of Avenger, always puts on a good show;
Grave Digger did well as usual;
El Toro Loco flipped during racing;
There were two jet powered ATVs there;
Monster Mutt had a good run;
As always, Maximum Destruction lives up to the name. He won Free Style;
Edit - The word Scarlet has only one "t" in it.

It looks like Monster Jam in St. Louis beats the snot out of the one here in K.C.
I will have to take my boy out there to see the show some year.

Thanks Bob.
G_M, they always have good obstacles and plenty of floor space to use them, so it's a real good show.

The trouble with the Sprint center is the same as it was in Kemper... just to dang small to let them high hp trucks do their thing.
Most years I get free tickets to the KC show and that is the only way I will go. I cant see paying to see a show that they have to scale it back so much.
I understand it is mostly for the kids but shoot i like to see what all that power can do too.

Scheduled for Sat. Feb 19th next year. Ticketmaster is selling tickets already. Kids tickets are only $5. (unless you got the $ for the $125 kids tickets). Grandkids had a ball Sat.

My ears always ring anyway, but the only thing that got to me was those jet quads. Those things are loud!. The new exhaust they use on the Monster Trucks tamed down the noise levels. It's a good, deep sound, but I like them loud.

They sell out every year (at least in St. Louis they do), so if you're going check into getting tickets right away.
