That's because the Dems keep raising the taxes. The trickle-down worked when Reagan cut Capital Gains and made other tax cuts.
If you let people handle their own money, they'll buy stuff like crazy which improves the economy for everyone including the gov't.

I think the only time it doesn't is when people believe they need to conserve. That generally happens when the government threatens to confiscate an undetermined amount of ones wealth.

The government fixes nothing on its own, capitalism corrects itself.
If it were up to me, the extremists who flap their gums for their own gains would be handcuffed together and put on Alcatraz or Gitmo, aka Rush Limbaugh and Jesse Jackson, Ann Coulter and Al Sharpton, etc., etc.
None of them truly have America's interests in mind.........only their own.

Thats you answer to my question of who does speak for Americas' interests, in the information and communication fields. I realize electricians do often have a hand in those, but thats not the way I was thinking.
