Anyone on here use an appraiser for guns? I've got a 1937 A5 16 gauge shotgun I'd like to see what it's worth. Receiver is 1937 and I think the barrel 1939 ( I need to look up the serial numbers again) I'm guessing omeone had to do a lot of work on it. It was originally chambered for 2 9/16" shells, but it'll shoot 2.75

Most people I know use completed auction search on Gunbroker.

Thanks Kurt!
That makes sense. I did reach to a guy (gunsmith) in the STL area about this as well

I agree with Kirk on GunBroker completed sales.
You may also want to check out Rock Island Auctions dot com and look at the completed auctions.
Midwest Gun Works in StL has a long history with Browning so they may be able to assist.
You will have to do some manual research, but copy/paste this address into you browser:

I had a 1915 Model 12 in 16 gauge that only brought $400.
Good luck
