I ordered this sucker 4 days ago....should be here in a couple weeks. I had them build one with the offset on the left side because of the way my patio sits.

Fast Eddie's smokers is what you shoulda got. The wood one is real good but the pellet one is one bad ass mofo. Pellets come in all fruit flavors, oak, hickory, and mesquite. Slow cooked 100 pounds of pork shoulders for 18 hours last summer for the father in laws retirement dinner. Stuff was the juiciest pork I have ever cooked. I will have one. Pellet driven one is self regulating for temp and burns about $5 of pellets to cook

Look you bastard.....the next time I want to spend $2500.00 on a grill/smoker that I need pellets to cook with I'll call you.

Look Negro........the Fast Eddie upright smoker that cooks on pellets and hold 100 pounds if meat is about $1200. My buddy has one and gets a dealer discount. He also has the trailer mounted one that he uses for weddings. Ya spent $800 for that sucker of yours that ya gotta babysit all day long. Shoulda worked an extra shift at the honey baked ham place and got ya the fast Eddie for an extra $400
If I just wouldn't have taken your advice and paid the extra amount they ended up Gettin anyway.........it woulda saved me $14,000 in lawyer bills and 2 1/2 years of headaches. Now I know why you hate cops too

I'd explain more to you about watching a smoker for 18 hours of cooking............but you cook a slab of ribs on a webber kettle using charcoal in 3 hours and consider them world class

If they woulda known what it was in 1970 I would of been diagnosed ADHD....I WANT to babysit the sucker. I sit by the pool all weekend, watching my kids, and the dog, and the grill,listening to the stereo, usually some DMB...while I fork with the grill and drink beer. I don't need them to be world class....because by the time they are done, I'm drunk and don't care....and if anyone wants to argue about them I'll get the Jack Daniels out of the cabinet, have a few shots, and we'll see. 
And no, I don't hang out with cops....they'll get you locked up....as you know.
