Afterall, I paid $160,000 for a house 7 years ago that appraised earlier this year for $245,000.....................yep I'm in a money losing situation here. Anyone know a good realator????? I need to sell before things get worse.
You?re taking what I said out of context in an excellent attempt at being a smart arse. Owning is better than renting when you are staying put for a while, but a 15 year note, will save you more in the long term than a 30 year note.
