Best media moment of the whole mess was the morning after Missouri Highway Patrol Capt. Ronald S. Johnson was put in charge. It seems the mobs wanted more stuff so the looting started anew. Apparently, the strategy of the day was not to be too aggressive and let the natives do what they will. Great approach, unless, of course you are one of the business owners that were calling 911 and getting forwarded to 50-11 different policing agencies that all claimed some other agency was in charge. So the Channel 5 reporter axed Missouri Highway Patrol Capt. Ronald S. Johnson why the looters were allowed to loot as the police looked on? The dude could not have looked more lost and babbled on about how he offered to empty one store owner's goods and use his men to transport them to a safe place but apparently the business owner declined the generous offer. Right then and there you saw a dude that just figured out he was nothing but an expendable pawn in the political gamesmanship being played with these clowns. And the saddest part is the protesters, mobs and supporters are so tied to these clowns they can't or won't even call any of them out. This circus is beyond bizarre. I keep watching, wondering what could possible happen next. Nothing will surprise me now.... |
