IF you are going to use your computer as a music source try Pandora. They have a free version that isn't bad or for a small yearly fee you can get a higher download speed(better quality) and fewer "are you still listening" interrupts.
You pick a song or artist and build stations by adding suggestions and giving a thumbs up or down to the music they select.
I run mine through the stereo.
