I dunno neither Dog. But I am guessing he is referencing the "Share the Harvest" thread where ever body gets to gloss themselves cuz they did their civic duty and went out and shot a goat or three and hauled it to the locker and gave it away cuz they was too lazy to cut it up. Makes 'em feel all good about themselves.
