Just to let everyone know....yesterday I blackened Halibut. I cut the skin off it in Timmy's kitchen. All Halibut fillets in my freezer have skin on them.

The monster fillets sent to STL, Oklahoma, and the ones left at your house were not halibut...the was spoonbill. We ate all the damn halibut yesterday. I just wanted to see what yall would say bout the spoonbill. Muggs called and said it was great. Timmy liked it. Hey Fluteman Greg...how was your plankton eatin fish.
