I am though, in real life looking for help, and someone to eventually replace me at the office, while I spend more time in California learning & meeting associates down there.

At this point, I'm hoping for 2 months this winter.

It's just weird trying to replace yourself, and out of all resumes I've read, and the people I've interviewed, I have chosen a 22 year old guy who is proficient at what he does, and EAGER to learn.
