Congrats on his first turkey. I don't have first hand experience, but I have heard good things about Brads Birds and Cally Morris, both in Missouri.
The best I have personal experience would be in Southeast Louisiana--Loranger Taxidermy Studio--but I doubt you would want to drive that far.
