I put mine on at 12:20 last night, I fell asleep, some might say passed out, outside for quite awhile last night. I like sleeping under the stars!! Anyway, at around 630 this morning mine had an internal temp of 180, I pulled em, wrapped in foil and added a couple things, put back on until internal 205. They were done and sitting in a heated cooler by 8:20am. They tasted perfect, I am very happy for my first time slow cooking anything besides jerky. Here they are before wrapping this AM. The flames in the pic are cause I had the top off the smoker, it flamed up with the extra air, put the lid on and it stops pretty quick. |
