Never tried the portobellas but that prolly would be good. I did some St. Louis ribs yesteday but smoked them on the weber so no shrooms. I bet taters and carrots would be good in there too. Also, the reason you are eating less meat these days is a function of age. You is getting up there brother and that is experience talking.
