Did another slab of baby backs the other day. Same formula as above but put the rub on the night before. Same black cherry and pecan but this time did not open the smoker or turn the meat. Took it off after 2 1/2 hours and at least 6 beers and had it with corn on the cob and green beans from last years garden. Dam fine eats.
