Smoked 5 slabs of Silvers this afternoon using the pecan and apple recommendation . It is definitely milder than using mesquite and apple. We like it a lot this way....Thanks!

I can sample them for ya Bubba if you want.  You heading back up north this summer. The ol man and I are planning a trip the end of July and first couple weeks of Aug.

I knew you always fish around King Salmon. Hopefully the rain stays away this year and we can fish Poly creek. Its not a far flight down to King Salmon. If the fishing isn't good I might have to talk my uncle into flying down. I'm not a big fan of salmon, but after eating your recipe last year......I'm up for filling the freezer. 'twas good stuff.
