Sam, I've never had nor heard of them brewing anything other than legit beers. I don't know where you might have come up with adjunct for their beers.

Tastes are person specific, but everyone of their beers I've had have been of very good quality. I'd say pound for pound, they are very good. I'd drink them night & day over Mother's beers.
They also make a seasonal coffee stout that I think you would enjoy.
