9/11 Memorials

Does anyone else these do Al Qaeda more good than this country, at least at this time? I would rather hear them read all the names of the jihadist that have been killed by Americans.

Yeah, I think so. Anymore, we celebrate being victims - it's defeatism.
Modern war movies are the same way - the message is how awful and useless war is, instead of showing us kicking some ass like the old movies did.
Same with modern monuments. That Vietnam War Memorial bothers me. I can't imagine this country, after WWII, putting up monuments with the names of all the U.S. soldiers killed at Normandy and on Iwo Jima.
How 'bout putting up a monument, instead, with the names of all the North Vietnamese soldiers and Viet Cong we killed - with a little "happy face" beside each name? That monument would have to be five times the size of the one we've got now.
We used to celebrate our victories and accomplishments - now we wallow in our defeats and setbacks.

I think they should have rebuilt the towers immediately, maybe make a set of towers that resembled the middle finger flippin' the rest of the world off.
And started running a got nukes? commercial on Al Jazeera and then say something to the effect well you will real soon, jackasses.
that would be the fitting memorial
