Wrote a check for the last few months and walked away. I think I did the right thing. Scott, I will still have to wear their yolk for a while. I can't afford to retire, but it's one less thing hanging over my head. Hell, I'll be shocked if I live long enough to retire, but no one will have to deal with my mortgage.
