I caught it before it was completely thawed, but no need to taken chances with it. Usually I will cut into strips, tenderize, season, bread and fry them up. Family usually eats that really good, but can't see frying a whole turkey breast. I have wrapped in foil and cooked in the oven before and it was alright. I thought about trying to gril it, but never have tried this. Anyone have any suggestions so I can get this used up and feed the family (hopefully something the 4 year old will eat). Post Extras
