This photo is from a couple of years at the PSIFF. Deniro starred in a movie called The King of Comedy, and he spoke to the audience afterward.
It was a flop. So, who is The King or Queen of Comedy now? Really, I miss the old Eddie Murphy movies, but who is, THE King or Queen of Comedy currently? Who do you watch, when you want to laugh?

I don't watch much comedy. I prefer movies with guns, fighting, or a ship with NCC-1701 on it.

Yep. I rarely go out to the movies, but we do go to the festival.
A couple of years ago, I took my Mom to a big dinner there, because they were giving a big award to Tom Hanks. I've always liked his all of his work, comedy or not.
This year, we listened to Rami Malek after a showing of Bohemian Rhapsody, which we waited to see UNTIL the festival. He was virtually unknown, and led a very sheltered childhood. He was raised a stone's throw from the movie studios, but had never been there, until he started auditioning. He said that Mike Myers is non-stop funny, but I didn't even recognise him in BR.
Star Trek, is cool. I sure miss Mork though.
We saw Robin Williams live, shortly before he had his first major heart surgery. Crazy. Na-nu! Na=Nu!
