When you need ammo for a debate on the stimulus money for infrastructure throw Executive order 13502 at them.
"All contracts over 25 mil will be awarded to union shops only"
This apparently leaves out 85% of the work force, but I'm sure Obama and his union allies appreciate their tax contributions.
