I'd kill that thing just cause of the shape of his head and that's profilin or I'd kill it just cause it's a snake,,,guess that's profilin too.

Look at the patterns, the shape of the head (flat on top), the scales on the head, and the colors (including stripes on the sides of their heads, and color of their tails). On a snake as small as Jeff posted (maybe 6"), if it were a Water Moccasin it would still have a yellow tail.
