catfish this weekend on rod and reel. the rod did not slap the water but he hammered it pretty good and fought well. on the drift we thought it might be a snag until he smoked the drag

I'm just guessing here.........but I'd say 15 pounds.  just a guess though

Good deal !!! May go back down next week and fish for the line sliming slick ones. 
Looked for ya on the lake Sunday. Was gonna call yer arse but the cell was back at the camper.
Hammered the crappie today. Just got done cleaning 30 of the minnow eating things. Started at 630 put #30 on ice just before 900.(sorry no pics) All while tied to one tree. Susan had me down 12-4 at one time but I caught up after she limited out
